For example, it could mean taking a break from your routine to dance in the kitchen, saying “yes” to a last-minute picnic, or turning mundane chores into a game that makes you smile.

And here’s the magic: when you live this way, you don’t just heal your own life — you contribute to the world’s healing, too. Your positive energy becomes a ripple in the world’s vibration, countering negativity like an invisible wi-fi signal of hope and joy.
