What if the shape of your life wasn’t random, but part of a deeper design?
This book invites you to explore the quiet intelligence beneath your thoughts, choices, and patterns — and to live in harmony with the design of life itself.
There is more between heaven and earth. We often say we will never know what it is.
Perhaps we have known it for a very long time.
It is consciousness.
Within science, human consciousness is often seen as a relatively recent development of the brain. The first time I heard that, I was genuinely surprised. Consciousness does not feel like something that emerged. It feels like our essence. Like the source from which our humanity begins.
I did not grow up with that perspective. As a child, like many of us, I was taught that I have eyes to see, ears to listen, a mouth to taste, a nose to smell and hands to grasp. With these five senses, you explore the world and form your judgements. This is how life works.
Yet I always felt there was more. Something that could not be captured by what is visible or tangible. I simply could not place it.
That changed when I quite literally fell on my head. I sometimes joke that the brain injury helped my brain cells finally find their way back to the right place. As if I was given a puzzle to assemble myself, one far more challenging than anything Ravensburger makes. What actually happened was a shift in perspective. I became aware of my own responsibility for my health. Aware of the possibilities available to us when we look beyond conventional approaches. Everything began with my own mindset.
I began treating myself with energy. The effect was immediate and profound. At the time, it felt almost magical. Now, I experience it differently. Allowing energy to flow simply means opening ourselves to consciousness. Consciousness is not individual in the way our physical brain is. It is collective. Within it, everyone carries a unique pattern that represents them. When you attune to it, you connect to the cloud and gain access to your own specific part.
The stronger that connection becomes, the more perception extends beyond the five senses. Consciousness provides us with information from a metaphysical reality, a layer that encompasses more than the physical alone. The brain translates this information into familiar, grounded concepts, allowing us to apply it consciously in everyday life.
This is what I mean when I say that I work with energy. Attuning to consciousness, receiving information and allowing it to move through me. From that alignment, new applications emerge. This is how I developed a method to vitalise food. A method designed to be shared, so others can work with it too. In essence, you would be making use of my cloud.

You're welcome to try vitalising your own food and water yourself, combining the power of your mind with the method I've developed. Click below to find out more.
