The influence of our consciousness on our food

There are moments when you feel that something is not entirely right. You eat consciously, you choose with care, and yet a subtle feeling remains that your body is not fully receiving what it needs.

I began to experience this more and more myself, not only in what I ate, though especially in the way food entered my system. At certain moments, food felt vibrant and light, as if my body instantly recognised it and could work with it naturally. At other times, I felt full without feeling truly nourished. My body would feel heavy.
That difference made me curious.

Slowly, my attention shifted from what I was eating to how I was eating. Whenever I slowed down and became truly present with a meal, something changed. The flavour became deeper, my body responded more subtly, and a sense of calm and spaciousness arose within me. As if a layer became visible that had always been there, only never consciously experienced before.

Through that experience, I began to feel that food is more than its physical composition or the quality of what you buy. There seems to be a finer quality present, a form of vitality that is not directly visible and yet clearly influences how you feel within your body. The more I attuned myself to it, the clearer this became.

From that curiosity, I began experimenting through attention and observation. Simply within everyday life, within the simplicity of a meal. What happens when I am fully present? What changes when I shift my attention towards that subtler layer? What do I perceive then? Both within the subtle field and within my physical body.

The flavour of food became richer and fuller, as if it carried more depth. My body felt satisfied more quickly and at the same time more energised. A clarity emerged that I had never experienced in that way before. These were not dramatic or spectacular changes, though rather small shifts that kept returning with increasing consistency.
That was the beginning of a deeper journey of discovery.

Over the years, through meditation and inner work, I had already developed a sensitivity for subtle perception. A way of sensing that became increasingly refined. At a certain point, I consciously began connecting that sensitivity with food, and something unique emerged from it.

Within that process, I discovered that certain geometric patterns seem to play a role in the way matter is organised. When that organisation becomes disrupted, vitality also appears to diminish. By working with those patterns, a form of restructuring arises that becomes tangible within the quality of food.
As if it returns to a more original state.

What continued to touch me throughout this process is how simple it is at its core. It does not require control or complicated actions, though rather a refinement of attention and a willingness to truly feel.
And perhaps it begins there.
With one moment of slowing down.
With one bite in which you are truly present.
Where you are not only tasting with your mouth, though with your entire system.
And feeling what changes.

Over time, I continued exploring this not only for myself. More and more often, I began sharing it with others, allowing us to experience together what happens when you attune yourself to food in this way.
What became visible within that went beyond attention alone. A strengthening emerged.

As if consciousness itself gained more capacity, allowing the impact on food to become directly tangible. The flavour changed, the energy was received differently, and the body responded more deeply than attention alone would suggest.
That was the moment I began investigating what was truly happening here.

By exploring this process more deeply, I developed a method that supports and makes this effect accessible. A way of working in which you trust your own sensitivity while also making use of a structure that, in a sense, supports and strengthens your consciousness.
And that changes something important.

You do not need years of experience in subtle perception in order to experience this. Where this level of work would normally only be accessible to people who have spent many years working with consciousness and energy, this method opens a direct doorway.
In a way, it becomes easier to step into.

You learn how to connect your attention with a field in which the vitalisation of food is already present, and how to work with it in a clear and practical way. Not by adding something to food, though by activating an organisation that is already there.
What you may begin to notice is that not only the food changes.
You change with it.
Your sensitivity grows.
Your perception deepens.
And the power of your own consciousness becomes increasingly tangible in what you do.
This not only makes the work more effective, though also increasingly natural.

From this development, an online workshop emerged in which I guide you step by step through this method. You learn how to work with it, how to apply it within everyday life, and how to deepen the process in a way that suits you personally.
It is a practical doorway.
And at the same time, an invitation to further discover your own potential.
